A single Online Food Hygiene Level 1 or Online Food Hygiene Level 2 Course from Award costs just  £15 + vat each for either level, great value for money.

Online Food Hygiene Course Level 1

This Level 1 Online Food Hygiene course, which is RoSPA approved, is designed only for employees who are not directly involved in the preparation or handling of high-risk food, or those who only handle wrapped or pre-packaged food. If your employees need to handle or prepare food then they need to do level 2 (see below). There are separate courses designed around your industry all you have to do is click on the relevant one for you and start your course.

This Level 1 Online Food Hygiene course provides an ideal solution to staff induction training including:

  • new employees with minimal or no prior food safety knowledge
  • employees handling low‐risk or wrapped foods (category A)
  • front of house employees, such as waiting or check out staff
  • back of house employees, such as kitchen porters or warehouse staff

What’s in our Level 1 online food hygiene course?

Online Food Hygiene level 1 online course consists of 4 modules. You are given the chance to review all your answers at the end of each module before final submission and you will be given 3 attempts at each module to achieve a pass rate of 75% or higher.
