Rappa Fencing

A huge thank you to Chris for the great job he did on the abrasive wheels course on Thursday! I was really impressed with the amount of detail he covered in such a short space of time and he really made it interesting. I was pleased that he covered details regarding the law and the HSE which is important for everyone in the company to know. The practical application at the end was excellent as he really tested everyone on their knowledge. It’s always important to ensure people not just listen to the details but actually understand why they are doing things a certain way so that part of the course was so crucial.

Chris also asked me to try my hand at the practical application which was extremely useful, if a little nerve wracking! It gave me a much better understanding of the importance of how the machines work and how best to keep everyone safe.
